New Project
Overview
The overview page provides an overview of the current project status.
Cards
The Cards page provides a form for you to add or update cards. You may copy from your Excel spreadsheet and paste all the card information to the card list. Note the card information you paste in needs to have identical columns from Excel as the one on this page, including the ID column (set it as 0 or any number. It will overrided.)
To add a new card, type in the Card form below. Hit Enter key to add the card. If you want to switch from Card Name field to other fields, hit the Tab key.
To copy a spreadsheet data, right click on the Card table on this page, click Paste.
To delete cards, select the cards, right click, select Delete to delete. You can delete multiple cards at a time.

Users
The Users section provides a form for you to add or update users.
To copy a spreadsheet data, right click on the User table on this page, click Paste. You may copy from your Excel spreadsheet and paste all the user information to the Users table. Note the user information you paste in needs to have the same amount of columns from Excel as the one on this page, including the ID column (set it as 0 or any number. It will overrided). If not sure, select multiple rows of users, click copy. Then go to Excel, paste the data in. You will see the format.
To delete, select users, right click, select Delete to delete. You can delete multiple users at a time.

Run Card Sorting
If you have added users in the Users page, the user information will show up on this page.

The Window for the use sorting session is maximized by default.
To move a card from one group to another group, press Ctrl key to drag the card and drop it to a group bucket.
To ensure data saved, a prompt will ask you to save the data even if you have just saved it.
The Analyze section provides a way to quickly cluster user card sorting results. Click Run Cluster Analysis to start.
Select users' data to include in analysis.
View dendrogram
View Report: you can save the report by clicking the Save button.
To save your data periodically to avoid data lose, it is highly recommended you export the data to a text file. The Export or Import action can be launched on File men.
